How can I get a Postpaid contract?
The same rules apply for signing up for a Cell One Postpaid phone deal or Internet SIM.
Namibian citizens or permanent residents of Namibia over 21 years old qualify.
The applicant must have a minimum net income of N$ 2500 or sufficient finances to qualify.

All Namibian corporate's and SMEs (small and medium enterprises) can apply for Postpaid phone deals and Internet SIM.

Residential customers:
1) ID or Passport
2) Latest salary slip, bank statement or bank letter
3) When applying for a subscription with a Data modem or a phone, a cancelled cheque or copy of a debit card is required for banking details.

Business customers:
1) Corporate Registration Certificate
2) Proof of Trade
3) Bank Statement or Bank Letter
4) Director or owner’s ID or Passport
5) A cancelled check/cheque
