leo 50 Terms and Conditions  

1. Subscription to the package is achieved by dialing the following USSD code: *320*1#.
2. On subscription with the USSD code, NAD 50.00 will be deducted from the subscriber’s balance and he/she will receive the following rewards:
1. 50 national anytime minutes
2. 100 national SMSs
3. 50 megabytes of data
4. Subscriber will be allowed to call other leo™ subscribers for free between 10pm and 6am every night for thirty (30) days from subscription.
5. Subscriber will be allowed to call other leo™ subscribers for free on every weekend day for thirty (30) days from subscription.
3. To view the remaining reward values, the subscriber needs to dial *101*1#
4. To view the airtime available on his account the subscriber must dial *100#
5. National reward minutes will allow calls to leo™, Telecom Namibia and MTC.
6. National reward SMSs will allow sending of SMSs to leo™ Telecom Namibia and MTC. SMSs to international destinations will be charged at normal international tariffs. SMSs to premium rated numbers are also charged at normal premium rates.
7. Thirty (30) days after subscription with the USSD code, the subscription will be terminated automatically. Subscribers will be informed of the termination by SMS. Subscriber can re-subscribe by using the USSD code.
8. Thirty (30) days after subscription with the USSD code, the rewards will expire. If subscribers want to have the rewards again, they will have to repeat the subscription by dialing the USSD code.
9. After complete consumption of rewards, the following tariffs will apply:
   1. National Voice: NAD 0.99 per minute charged per second to leo™, Telecom Namibia and MTC.
   2. International Voice: Normal per second prepaid tariffs will apply.
   3. SMS: NAD 0.20 to leo™ and NAD 0.40 to Telecom Namibia and MTC. Normal SMS rates will apply to international destinations. Premium rated SMSs will be charge with the applicable premium rates.
10. Thirty (30) days after subscription with the USSD code, all tariffs will revert to normal per second tariffs. If subscribers want to have the special tariffs again, they will have to subscribe to the package again with the USSD code.
11. Thirty (30) people who subscribed to this package will stand a chance to win a Samsung Corby mobile phone. The first draw for a winner will take place on 01 March 2010.
12. leo™ employees and spouses are not eligible to win a prize.
13. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
14. If a prize draw winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the draw, the prize will go back into the next draw.
15. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
