What is the leo™ .38cents per Minute Call-rate all about

leo™ .38cent is a new innovative value added reduced tariff offering.

leo™.38cent/Min call rate will be applicable to all leo™ customers, prepaid and Post-Paid customers.

How will customers subscribe to leo™ .38cents/min call rate

Pre Paid

Prepaid, customers will automatically migrate to a .38cent call rate when they reach an accumulated call duration of 3min during a 24 hr day. The customer will be notified by SMS when they reach the prescribed threshold and are migrated to the new drop down tariff.
Example: Customer make 3 x 1 minute calls – the next calls for the rest of the day are billed at .38c per minute.
The drop down tariff will be applicable to both on-nett and off-nett local national minutes
No Registration will be required by the customer, they simply just need to fulfil the call duration requirements as indicated above.
Accumulated minutes do not roll-over to the next day

A day for charging sake is 00.00.00 am to 11.59:59 pm each day

Charging Clock is set to zero each day

Post Paid

Post-paid Customers, and Hybrid customers, will automatically migrate to .38cent call rate when they reach a call holding time of 3min consecutively during a call, the minutes consumed thereafter will be billed at .38c per min. Example: Customer makes a 4 min call, the first 3 min are charged at .99c the next is at 38c

Drop down tariff will be applicable on bundles and out of bundle minutes on Post-paid

Drop down tariff will be applicable to both on-nett and off-nett local national minutes
No Registration required by customer, they simply just need to fulfil the call duration requirements as indicated above.

Terms and Conditions

Pre-Paid
Call to any Local Network for as little as 38cents/Min. To qualify, calls are accumulated till the subscriber reaches a minimum accumulation of 3 minutes during the prescribed 24hr period – 00.00 to 23.59 daily. Customers will be migrated automatically to the new tariff for the remainder of the 24hr period.

Post Paid
The first 3 minutes of a call (call holding – customer needs to remain on the call for 3 min)” is billed at normal package rates, the balance of the call is billed at 38c per minute.
For both Prepaid and Postpaid charging is 38cents/Min on 30seconds Charging interval.

Terms and conditions: (38c/min SMS competition)

No limitations on the number of calls per caller
No limitations on the number of SMSs per sender.
Competition is open to all local networks.
Three attempts will be made to call the winning number, but after three unsuccessful attempts, the next number on the list will be contacted.
