Itemised Billing
If you want detailed information about your cellphone usage, Cell One offers you the choice of either a monthly or a once-off itemized bill. You can request an itemized bill at any Cell One shop, but the service will be charged.

Cell One Voicemail
Dial 123 any time to listen to your messages. Whenever you are unable to answer your phone, your calls will be automatically diverted to your Voicemail and you will receive an SMS notification. You can retrieve your messages as many times as you want free of charge. Your messages will be stored for 30 days.
For a personal welcome to your Voicemail, it is easy to create your own personal welcome message.
You can choose to activate a PIN-code to secure your messages. When retrieving messages from abroad, you will be requested to enter your PIN. The default PIN will remain 0000 until you chose to change the Voicemail PIN-number.

Cell One Missed Call SMS  (FREE service)
Never miss a call, even when your phone is switched off or if you are not available. With the Cell One Missed Call SMS, you will be notified by SMS when you have missed a call.

Roaming
With Cell One roaming you can stay in contact with your family, friends and business partners when traveling outside the borders of Namibia. For your convenience roaming is a standard feature for all Cell One customers. Please note that roaming charges can take up to a few days to be updated on your account. Usage Limit Alert (FREE service)
A notification service via SMS will keep you aware of your mobile phone’s usage limit. A warning SMS will be sent out when you reach 90% of your usage limit, and another will be sent when you reach 100% of your usage limit.
Your Usage Limit does not include your monthly subscription fee, add on services and monthly phone installments.

Call Hold
Call hold is another free service from Cell One that allows you to place a current call on hold and answer a call that is waiting.

Call Waiting (FREE service)
This feature notifies you of an incoming call while you are on another call. The second incoming call is designated by a short “beep”.

Call Divert
Allows you to automatically transfer incoming calls to another telephone number. It is free to divert calls and there is no registration or fixed monthly fee. However for each incoming call that is diverted from your mobile phone, it will be charged either as a local or international call. You can divert your calls to any national and international number.

Cell One Conference (FREE service)
With Cell One Multi-Party Conferencing you can have up to 4 other friends, family or business partners participating in the same conversation all at the same time.
The calls are charged as a regular call to the numbers you include in the conference. You pay for the calls you set up. If you call two people, you will be charged for two calls. Charges will depend on what network the recipient is on.

How to set up a conference call:
• Call the first person. When that person answers, you:
• Call the second person. When that person answers, press 3 and then the call out/send button. Person one and two are now in the
  same call together with you.
• Call the third person, press 3 and then the call out/send button.
• Then call the fourth person, press 3 and then the call out/send button.

Call Line Identification Present (CLIP) (FREE service)
This is a standard feature for any Cell One customer. Call Line Identification Restricted (CLIR) enables you to turn off your caller identification. The person you are calling will not be able to see your number when you call. Please read your phone user manual for information how to activate CLIR on your phone.
