Below is a set of Frequently Asked Questions and responses:

Is the new campaign rate applicable to both the Per minute and Per second call rates?
Yes, but with different tariffs. On the Per minute rate plan you will pay 49c per minute from the first minute and on the Per second rate plan you will pay 1 cent per second.

Can the customer choose to benefit from this campaign either on per second or per minute?
Yes, the customer has a choice. To choose simply call our customer Care at 120 to change to their preferred rate plan (Per second or Per minute). Please note that all bought Starterpacks are set on the Per second rate plan.

Why has Cell One launched this campaign?
Cell One is a Namibian company, here for Namibians, and we understand the current high cost of living that Namibians are faced with. As a brand new quality network with appropriate capacity we have decided to further reduce our Cell One to Cell One call rates down to an amazing 49c per minute from the first minute – anytime, everyday, all day for all our customers!

How does the customer benefit from the 49c campaign?
The campaign offers the lowest On-Net all day and night call rates in the Namibian mobile market, offering 49c per minute everyday, all day when calling Cell One to Cell One. This gives Cell One customers more talk time and greater value for money.

Does this mean that the current per second and per minute rate plans no longer exist?
No, the Cell One per second and per minute rate plans are still valid. The 49c rate is a campaign and ONLY replaces the On-Net tariffs for the existing rate plans for the duration of the campaign.

When does the campaign end?
31 July 2008
